Servokon Education Foundation is a Delhi- based NGO which has come to existence to give educational support to economically weak students. We believe that nothing is more empowering than education and every one has equal rights to empowerment through education. Servokon education foundation has begun its journey by working on its first project. This is about facilitating the preparation of civil services examination conducted by UPSC . This programme is for the economically weak students –
- Who need guidance for one of the most reputable and tough examinations of the country
- Who dream to become bureaucrats of top level but have lack of resources to crack the civil services examination.
- Who cannot afford enrolment in coaching institutes which charge hefty fees

Policy Framework
Article 16 of the Indian constitution states that :
(1) There shall be equality of opportunity for all citizens in matters of employment under the State.
(2) No citizen shall, on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, descent, place of birth or any of them, be ineligible for any office under the State.
At Servokon Education Foundation , we strongly adhere to the philosophy & principles of the Indian constitution. In this regard for the project where we give guidance and make available all the resources required to crack the IAS examination. We have designed a framework & guidelines for the admission of aspirants in our organization. Hence the eligibility criteria for the admission are:
- Candidates should have either attained the age of 21 or should be in the last year of graduation.
- Candidates should belong to economically or socially backward community.
- Candidates who have qualified the entrance examination conducted by the organisation and have been shortlisted in the final list.
- Candidates who have either written mains or have appeared in the interview of UPSC civil services or state civil services once or more may be considered without appearing for the entrance examination.
